Best Buy's most common issue: Order Delayed

On 08/19/2019 I ordered a  Samsung - 11.6" Chromebook - Intel Celeron - 4GB Memory - 32GB eMMC Flash Memory - Night Charcoal. It the page said i'd recieve it by the 20th, and then,  on the 20th I recieved an email saying the order had been delayed till the 18th of september! i am very disappointed in this service especially after i was pretty much guaranteed delivery the next day. I would like my order very soon, seeing as i need it for a school and work. also, the order status says 'in progres' and shipment says 'delayed'. Please help ASAP.
