I will be contacting the BBB about my current situation! I have been arguing with Best Buy customer support for a whole month about an online order I purchased that was never shipped to me by FedEx. FedEx has a case number documenting and taking ownership of the problem but I keep getting emails rejecting my refund saying take this issue up with the carrier and law inforcment! What am I to call the police on fed ex? For fraud? I'm completely upset this is an $2000 item! Is there anyone that can help me. I'm getting sent in circles by fed ex and bestbuy and it's Disgusting! Please help!

I know whenever I have something shipped I keep a very close eye on the tracking information to make sure I receive it. I can understand your surprise to be unable to find this after getting a delivery notification.
