I bought an item off bestbuy.com and soon after started a return request (the model they sent had an outdated chipset which isn't compatible with my PC).
Best Buy gave me a shipping label and I shipped the item back right away. Their warehouse soon received the item and the order status said "Return Received." I then got an email saying "Return was received, We will be processing your refund." However they never processed the refund!
I called their customer service multiple times and they've "escalated" the case to customer service - but it's been several weeks since I sent the item back and I still have no refund processed! In fact the order status STILL says "Return Received."
I have no idea what to do as this is the first time I've returned something and not gotten the refund. Is Best Buy seriously keeping my money?

I have the same problem and best buy refuses to help or even care. it is daylight robbery.
