Best Buy wants you to be satisfied with all of your purchases, which is why we have our Return and Exchange Promise. Receiving incorrect items is something we would want to hear about right away, but I’m sorry to hear we’re well past the return and exchange promise.
Knowing I’m unable to erase the past I’ll still look to the future to reinforce the Geek Squad Protection plans. These plans keep your devices safe when manufacturing warranties come up short.

We appreciate your feedback and I'll cross my fingers there will be a time in the near future where you're able to walk back through our door with the confidence you once had.
