Best Buy mailed out the weong product.

I purchased a kitchen aid 500 professional plus a year ago. I thought I was buying a brand new item but infact it was used and i ended up receiving wrong parts with it. I didn’t realize that the Bowl it came with was 6qt when it should be 5qt.

This was my first kitchen aid lift bowl. I turned it on and it made some noises. I got in touch with kitchen aid and they replaced the dough hook for me. Well not even a 1.5 later.. after having to spend 500 dollars on my kitchen aid. It died. Dont waste your money buying products from Best buy. They don’t send you what you order. They can’t get their online and in store orders right. I called bestbuy store, their customer service...spent over 2hrs on calls.. and was told that no one can help me. Best Buy can’t be trusted with anything. They send out used and wrong items.

Best Buy wants you to be satisfied with all of your purchases, which is why we have our Return and Exchange Promise.  Receiving incorrect items is something we would want to hear about right away, but I’m sorry to hear we’re well past the return and exchange promise. 

 

Knowing I’m unable to erase the past I’ll still look to the future to reinforce the Geek Squad Protection plans.  These plans keep your devices safe when manufacturing warranties come up short.

Well the incorrect item with my purchase was the bowl and it is something a customer wouldn’t see right away. The 6qt is engraved above the bowl handle. I realize it after my machine stopped working. I will never trust Best Buy with anything. I spent so much money on a product that did not last. Thanks to Best Buy. I’d rather go else where to buy stuff that i need. As a customer.. i shouldnt have to double check each and every product i order via Best Buy. Seems like someone didn’t do their job and i gotta pay for it now. I wont be recommending best buy’s geek squad either.’it’s useless. I have purchased it with other bigger appliances and they are no help. Best buy is just out there to rip people off.

Trust me.. i will never walk through those doors to come back to Best Buy!
Best Buy rips people off and sends them wrong items and then says “hey you have 15days for an exchange and return” Best Buy isn’t the Best solution people. Don’t waste your time and money! Go to Target.. you’ll get 5% off if you have a red card!
