Best Buy kept my phone and refuses to provide trade in credit or send it back

I did a stand alone trade in for a gift card on the best buy website. Best Buy sent me a box to mail them my phone. According to the tracking number they received it over a month ago but have not sent me any communication since. I emailed them at onlinetradein@bestbuy.com over 10 times and haven't received a single response. This is extremely frustrating since I would like either my gift card or my phone back. Please help.
