Best Buy has stolen my money. How do I get it back?

Bought a microwave online. It was lost in shipment. A replacement was sent out. It was not the model I ordered. When I asked for it to be sent again, I was told it had already been replaced and I could only get a refund. I asked for a refund and got a refund of $0.00. Even have a confirmation number. Asked for another refund and was told it had been done and to check my next statement. Got a confirmation number from that as well. That was in March of this year. I still do not have a refund.

Did the microwave get physcially returned to Best Buy?

The store would not accept the return of the microwave because it was not the one I ordered. I had to get BB.com to send me a return label. They show the product has been received.
