Did you work with Deysha-BBY via private message or just have your credit card "reverse" it? Because any dispute done through your credit card would be followed with an investigation that may or may not side with you. If your card company has re-applied the charge, that means based on the details they (tracking numbers etc.) they found for Best Buy.
