I’m sick and tired of dealing with this. I just want my money back that was stolen from me. All I need is a form signed that UPS sent over. This is crazy. If your gonna ask for my full name and address just to tell me you can’t help me then don’t ask. I need someone to fix this. ASAP it has been over a month stop scamming me Best Buy

Hey Meghan. Like I have told Multiple agents THE POLICE CANT DO ANYTHING. ITS BEEN OVER A MONTH! HOW DO YOU GUYS NOT HAVE A SIGNATURE REQUIREMENT FOR AN ITEM OVER $1000???
