Having a gift card to apply towards a purchase is meant to be a time of excitement, but I can understand why it wouldn't feel that way if your purchase cancelled due to an issue with the gift card. That's a far cry from the stress-free shopping experience we wanted for you!
I wish that things had gone smoother with this order. However, I'm glad you said something for us to step in and see what's going on. Usually, when an order with a gift card cancels, the funds will appear back on the gift card within 24-hours. If you still aren't seeing that reflected, please use the "Private Message" option in my signature to send over your full name, phone number, email and cancelled order number. Once I have that info, I can look into this further!
