I have tried making a purchase using a 75$ physical gift card from Best Buy on the website. I have tried the remedies found in the backlogs of the forum that refer to the Provide Valid Promo codes error. Restarting and using a different browser. Clearing cache. Signing out and trying to make the purchase as a guest. But when prompted to put the Gift Card number in the box, i am not prompted a pin number. But the 16 digit code does completely fill the input box. I am wondering why I continue to receive this error. I had checked on the Gift Card section of the website if it was valid and had a balance, and indeed it is. Thank you for your time.

Typically, once the digits from the gift card are entered, you should be able to enter the pin directly below. It sounds like you’ve taken some of the recommended steps, in effort to successfully use the gift card. By chance, have you tried using a different device to place this order?
