Hi,

My Best Buy gift card was used by someone else and I need to get my transaction history to prove it. Best Buy gave it to me over the phoe but was unable to email me a copy. Please let me know how I could get this. Thanks, Chris

Gift cards are like cash. Unfortunately if it was stolen, Best Buy would only be able to replace the funds remaining on the card , cancel the lost one and send you a new one.

If this was fraud, you would need to contact law enforcement which would work with Best Buy to deternine the issue at hand.

I appreciate the info but I'm not expecting Best Buy to do anything. I just want to have the transaction history from Best Buy so I have proof of time the transaction was made for other purposes.
