I have recently purchased an item through Best Buy's eBay storefront.
Everything went smoothly right up until the time of delivery when USPS informed me that the item had a $14.05 postage due outstanding balance. The item was advertised as free shipping. I believe someone working at the distribution center may have labeled the postage incorrectly. I have contacted USPS, Best Buy, and eBay where the general consensus comes down to the postage paid by the shipper being the problem at hand. This was a gift for my daughter, and I still want it, but not at the surprise of an additional $14.05 in cost.
I have sent multiple messages to Best Buy through eBay, where no one seems to be at the other end to respond. I even made a call to the distribution center in Buford Georgia after doing some research online and seeing where the shipment originated. The person on the other end gave me a phone number to get into contact with an Ashley. I am currently waiting for a call back from her, but also trying to be proactive in getting as far ahead of the problem as possible. I am beginning to feel that this is just becoming a lost cause. Can someone please help me with this problem...maybe get me in touch with someone that runs the Best Buy eBay storefront. After all, everything bought through YOUR storefront ships out from YOUR distribution centers. I feel that someone here should know how to get me in touch with the correct department without telling me to keep messaging eBay.

Thank you for reaching back out to us on our forum for support. I know it can be a shock to see an added fee to a purchase that you weren't expecting, so I hate to hear about the postage amount you were charged. I can understand wanting to follow up on this now, and I'm hoping I can assist.
To start, please send me a private message including your full name, email, phone number, and order number. You can find the blue option to message me to the right of my name below.
All the best,
