I purchased an "excellent condition" open box mini fridge. Opened the box expecting a mini fridge with no issues since it's "excellent" condition but what do I see? A huge dent on the door. Chatted with a customer rep and they say they do not offer partial refun or store credit. The only thing they can do is to return the fridge and get a refund. The problem with that is we bought in on a discount based on the excellent condition tag and this was the only open box one available. So if I wanted the same fridge I would need to buy it at normal price. I'm not looking for anything crazy in return. Just something for the incorrect description leading me to buy this product.

Purchasing an open-box item is often a great way to save some money, especially when the item is practically new. I can understand finding out that what was to be an excellent condition mini fridge, was actually damaged, is not ideal.
