Best Buy customer service will not fill out claim form!!!

Ok so I ordered a gaming PC on June 7th I believe. And it said delivered I checked outside and it wasn’t there. I started an investigation with Best Buy and UPS as of June 26th UPS determined that the package was lost or stolen. And UPS said that they are ready to give me my refund but need Best Buy to sign the form that was sent to them. Now it is JULY 25TH AND BEST BUY HAS STILL YET TO FILL IT OUT!!!! About 25-30 phone calls in I still get the same bogus answer “this is being escalated” it’s almost been an entire MOTNH! And my $1300 is on hold for no reason!!!! Best Buy is holding my money this is ridiculous something needs to be done!!

Hello sir,

How did you end up on this case?

I am facing the same issue with your case. UPS issued a claim to best buy and no one fill the form back to UPS.

Hence, citi credit card asking me to pay the invoice. Ridiculous, do I need to pay for items that loss by UPS? Bestbuy is idiot and no helpful at all, I called more than 50 times From Dec 2022 to March 2023. Each time they asked me to file a police report, are they idiot or trying to keep UPS money instead of doing the right thing?

I ended up disputing with my bank and they gave me my money back after 90 days because Best Buy didn’t respond. I’m glad though because ups didn’t pay for it. Best Buy did.

You won’t get nowhere with Best Buy it’s the worst costumer service I’ve ever dealt with.
