Best Buy credit card website & app issue.

Went to place an order today. Said credit card was invalid. I've had this store card on my profile for years. Updated and saved it. Got the same error. Removed it completely and went to readd it. Get an error message saying there "was an error on our end try again later". Wasted hours with no luck. Had to cancel every single order because there would've been a payment issue. What's the deal? Why can't I add my BB store card back to my profile and why did it say there was an issue in the first place? When is this going to get sorted out so I can reorder and avoid shopping elsewhere. Release date coming up for a bunch of stuff I want and I want it through BB. Thanks.

I am having the same problem. I have called and they are working on the issue but no eta. Not ideal and losing customers and revenue by this not working. Hoping it gets fixed soon!

Just to be sure, contacted Citibank to make sure there are not any problems with your card? They can be contacted directly at (888) 574-1301 and should be able to review your account.

 

Please let me know if they are unable to assist you, I'd be glad to look further into this.
