Best Buy continued fall from customer service.

Yesterday I saw on the web Amazon's sale of the Mac Mini M1 8gigram, 256gig storage for $600 dollars.

It is listed as $669, with the $69 credited back to your account after ordering.

Had many issues with previous orders from Amazon, so I remembered Price Matching with Best Buy, and the fact that my credit was great at Best Buy with a zero balance. Then it happened. I went online and looked up the Mac Mini M1 at Best Buy, got agent Andrea to verify price matching, sending her the links for Amazons ad, she verified she could match it, but only after I ordered it.Fine. I ordered and explained I wanted a keyboard and mouse combo, and that I would be using the mac with my Visio TV, and needed a HDMI cable, I asked if she could recommend any on sale. I also stated I wanted everything shipped at the same time so that all would arrive at the same time. After her recommending an HDMI cable, she dropped off  of the chat...!???? I tried to get her back and was told it was after business hours..????

Checking what happened I also found out the PRICE MATCH GUARENTEED did not happen. Got back into chat again and someone named Manaeesh stated I had to call in. The next morning I called in and talked to an agent named Love,

who was rude , unhelpful, stated she could not price match Amazon, after the fact, put me on hold for 25 minutes while I complained for a supervisor, then hung up on me. I called back in again , chatted again with a Caleb, who was no help., Chatted with a Hepsibah {removed per forum guidelines}, who said he was a floor supervisor, who also was also absolutely no help.

All I have is this terrible experience no price match, phone hang ups totalled 3. What an absolute joke for customer service. Then I get on this forumn and see the hundreds, thousands of complaints, going on for years...!!???

Lets see you pull youself out of this mudhole.

I'm betting they will only match the $669 and will consider the other $69 a rebate or coupon and not match it.
