Hello, I m an international client that lives in Peru. I placed an order for an Iphone 11 for a relative in the US so I put her adress and all the info that were required; the visa credit card I used is peruvian but it is supposedly to be enabled for international transactions. So the problem is that after 2 hours that I completed the order, i received and e-mail from Best-Buy telling me that my order was canceled without any more information. Could I get some help telling me what was the exact problem for which my order was canceled?

Hi there, Christian20.
I hope you’re enjoying your day, and we thank you for connecting with us here on the Best Buy Forums. We have customers that shop with us from many different countries, and it is nice to hear you thought of Best Buy for the iPhone purchase. I’m sure receiving a notice that your order was cancelled was rather surprising, and I’d be glad to provide some insight that might help.
There are many reasons an order may cancel, but I see you’ve mentioned you were using an international card. There is a specific process that you’d need to use during checkout, which involves a particular address to be entered in the “Bill To,” section. You can learn more about that, here. I’d recommend reviewing that information, and making another attempt at placing the order. Also, be sure to only use your relative’s information in the shipping fields.
Please let us know if you require further support. Our team is available in private message as well, and you can connect with us there if the information on international orders does not provide the answers you seek.
Kind regards,
