I purchased three Visa gift cards from Best Buy. Visa gift cards are supposed to be used ANYWHERE and not just at Best Buy. At no time prior or furing my purchasing the gift cards did it anywhere state that the cards are only able to be used at Best Buy. I now have hundreds of dollars in gift cards that I had no intention of using at Best Buy. These "Visa" gift cards are ONLY for use at Best Buy and should be advertised clearly so.

To my knowledge, we no longer sell Visa branded gift cards. How long ago did you purchase these gift cards? Did you purchase these online or at one our store locations? Have you contacted Visa to verify that these can't be used at another retailer?
