Best Buy Unable to Process E-Gift Card // Not Replying to email

I've tried buying a $500 E gift card for myself, then it said that the order was unable to be processed and then right after gave me a recipt. So then I tired using a diffrent email to buy a $300 e gift card and It did the same thing as the first order. Both took the money and didn't refund. Now i'm sitting with $800 missing.

And they have yet to reply to my email regarding the situation. I feel scammed.

We appreciate that you chose Best Buy to purchase an e-gift card.  It sounds like you ran into some difficulties with the order, along with your payment method.

 

If the orders were cancelled, then all that should have gone on your payment card would have been an authorization.  These authorizations should have dropped off in about 3-5 business days.  If they didn’t, you’d want to reach out to your bank for more assistance.
