Bought an item that was "open box: excellent" TCL 65 TV best buy took my money for the item and sales tax several hours later emailed and stated that the item wasn't available. I tried to cancel the order and it was suggested to I purchase another item a 65 Hisense which I did but after doing some research I found out that the item that was suggested by the online rep wasn't as good as the previous TCL TV so I canceled that one as well.
1. item was $349 plus 7 % sales tax 24.43
2. item was $378 plus 7% sales tax 26.46
Total of $50.89
I would like to receive my taxes for both items the first item was an open box that was canceled because of your inventory error and the second one was because of your sales rep pressuring me to purchase something even though they were aware that it was a subpar TV compared to the TCL. Thank you

Welcome to our Best Buy Support forums! I can understand not getting a full refund for your cancelled orders, wouldn't be a welcome situation.
Generally, if an order is placed with a credit or debit card, the order shouldn't have ever fully been charged, unless the item was made available for pickup or had been shipped. If it was charged, I don't personally know of any reason that the tax wouldn't have been, but I'll be happy to look into this with you. I see that you also sent a private message about this, so I'll be reaching out there shortly.
