Best Buy Order Issue

I placed an order for a Nvidia 3080. The package never arrived even though UPS said it did. I was told that I would get another one shipped to my local store by Saturday 3/27. 3/27 came and It was not there. I called best buy support and the person went to check on my order after 30 minutes then hung up on me. I talked to a nice person on online best buy chat who said when the item comes on the next shipment one would be set aside for me. I messaged in again today to check the status and the lady said no we will be refunding you. 


I do not want a refund I just want my item I have waited 6 months to buy and finally bought and never got. Can someone please help me at best buy? I hate that I keep getting different answers. I even told them I dont mind if I get a different brand 3080 as replacement I just feel screwed here. It is soooo hard to get through best buy order process and I finally did it and still no item.

Question, was the original package supposed to be delivered to the store as well or to your house?

Thanks for reaching out, and welcome to the Best Buy Forums. I know the Nvidia 3080 was a hugely anticipated release, and I can imagine your disappointment when this did not get delivered like the carrier said it did.
