Best Buy Online Pickup Item Delayed

Hi I just had an item that said it had an issue and is delayed 30 days, and at the end of the 30 days cancelled. Is it actually going to take 30 days to get my item?

We appreciate you keeping Best Buy in mind for your online order. We try our best to fulfill orders as soon as possible, but there are other factors that could delay your order. When an order is delayed, we typically give a 30 day window for that order to be fulfilled before cancellation.
