Best Buy Online Order Keeps getting canceled

So far I have been placing order in Bestbuy.com four times from last evening and the orders keeps getting canceled. I called the 1-800 number and also chatted with agent online.They told me because I am new customer to buy online and restrict to buy few items. I then just tried to order one item and that order also got canceled instantly. This is extremely frustrating and a very bad user experience. Finally one agent told me that something is wrong with the system and it will keep canceling the order even if I tried multiple times and an investigation needs to be done and provided me a case number. When I googled about this online, I am really surprised that many customers are having this issue for the past one year and nothing has been done from Best Buy website to fix this. Can someone from Best Buy look into this issue and get this fixed?

No reply for this message I posted 4 days back. I do see Best Buy representatives responding to other posts that have been posted much after mine. Clearly racist attitude here too!! Stay away from Best Buy!!
