I purchased a TV bundle with soundbar and got a $100 gift card and free Xbox controller. The TV was delivered but the soundbar and other things needed to be picked up. I changed the store pickup location to a closer best buy and that's when things went downhill. The order kept coming back to me to update my payment method online even though I've done it numerous times and it coming back saying succesful. Long story short I went to go pickup the products that were outstanding and they were cancelled by the system. The price from when I purchased everything came out to $3,188.47 but after going to the store I was charged $3,682.22. A difference of $493.75. I showed the store manager my receipt from the original purchase and they denied me my original price.
