As a Best Buy Elite member, when I make a purchase from Best Buy - that is availble at my local store - Best Buy delivers it.
However, the problem is, I am not at home during work hours. Best Buy (unlike UPS, FedEx) does not have access to our building and my order gets returned to the store. I even chose the later shipping.
PLEASE GIVE US THE OPTION FOR SHIPPING.

Welcome back to our forums! I can only imagine how frustrating it would be to have your order rerouted back to us and returned, simply based on the time the carrier attempts to deliver it to you, so I can’t say I blame you for your disappointment with this experience.
Please know that the carrier who delivers orders placed through BestBuy.com is an automated process, determined by which carrier would likely be able to deliver the package as soon as possible. While we don’t offer the option to select the carrier of your choice when placing your order, you may be able to utilize our Store Pickup options when placing your orders, so your product is set aside for you at your local Best Buy store, and is able to be picked up by you, at your earliest convenience.
With that said, we’re always looking for ways to improve the shopping experience we’re able to provide our customers, so I appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback with us. So basically since I'm a Best Buy Elite member who is not at home during delivery hours - at home delivery is no longer an option for me. Great.
