I see. I wouldn't have any insight as to why we need to wait until that date passes, I'd only be guessing. Let me know if there is anything I could help with in the meantime, and I'd be happy to assist during the process if I can in any way.

Hi. Still no monitor, no change in tracking, and the rep from BB's corporate number just tells me that it will be here on the 21st which is a date that has nothing to do with Best Buy and is just Ebay's time allowance for the seller and shipping. Is having another monitor sent possible or do I really have to keep waiting?

We would need you to keep waiting, as all customer service for eBay purchases must go through eBay channels. Please file that claim if your order doesn't arrive by Nov. 21.

Opened one on Paypal a few days ago. I got "If you opened this with PayPal we do not have line of sight to that case" and later "I see that this case is now closed. You should have received an answer for this claim in your Item Not Received case."

My case isn't closed. Is Best Buy unable to access the Paypal account attached to their Ebay account?
