Best Buy E-Gift Card link shows 'Page not Available'

Hello,

 

When I try to access the best buy e-gift card link, it always shows 'Page not available'. I also tried opening the link in different browsers, nothing was successful. Can someone help me?

We partner with CashStar to send out e-gift cards. I would recommend reaching out to their customer support team for assistance with your purchase. We also have some general troubleshooting steps here that I would recommend. Do you use a VPN or ad-blocker? If so, I would recommend disabling these as they can cause problems when accessing our website.

Still the issue is not fixed. I also contacted cashstar's customer support. No response from their side as well.

While I wish I had a different answer, I would recommend continuing to work with CashStar. Because this e-gift card was not sent directly from Best Buy we are unable to make any changes to modify your order.
