Best Buy Dissapoinys again!!!

So I called customer service just now 1-888-BestBuy inquiring about my product. (New AirPods Pro)

Order on 11/2 shipped out on Monday 11/4 expected delivery by Tuesday. Shipment delayed too Wednesday. Then delayed again to Thursday. Now it’s Friday and still no product received.

All the customer rep could say was “carriers fault” “carriers fault”. I am an Elite Plus member and suppose to have 2 day shipping. The thing that bothers me most is there was zero accountability being taken here by customer service for anything. All they could do was point the finger of blame and offer no resolution to me.

I should have gotten off my butt and just went to the Apple store and purchase / pick up the item same day. But I really like convenience of of 2 day delivery.

I am no where better following my call than I was prior and felt it was an absolute waste of time and the representative made me feel insignificant and like she just wanted me off the phone because it wasn’t her problem it was a USPS issue.

I spend so much money annually at BestBuy year after year to be treated like crap. Sorry to vent. Just frustrated.

Welcome back to the forums. Thank you for being an Elite Plus My Best Buy member. I'm sorry about the delay in getting your AirPods out to you. The Pros look like a great upgrade and I'm sure you are excited to get yours.

 

We do our best to provide accurate shipment estimates, because we know how important getting things on time is. Sometimes there are logistical issues that cause delays, however.
