Welcome to our forums, and congratulations on being approved for your Best Buy Credit Card! I was super excited to start making purchases and earning rewards when I was approved for my last card, so I think it's safe to say I would've been disappointed if I found myself in a situation similar to yours where my orders were cancelled every time. Certainly our intent is never to create frustration, and I regret any inconvenience imposed upon you.
In terms of your account issues, I'd recommend signing into your BestBuy.com account to verify whether or not your Best Buy Credit Card is saved as a preferred payment method. If so, try to remove it and then re-link it using the following steps. To do this, you'll want to visit our credit card page and click "Check Application Status" on the right. Then, just follow the prompts to link the card to your profile. Once your card is saved to your profile, you will need to set it as your primary form of payment to override the request for a security code and expiration date (at least until the physical card arrives in the mail).

When you sign into your BestBuy.com account and select "Credit Cards" under the Manage Your Account section, does your Best Buy Credit Card appear at all? Sometimes an error message may show up even when an action is performed successfully. If that's the case, there should be a button labeled "Save As Primary" that you can select to use your card online.
If you're not seeing the card listed at all, you can try to clear your browser's cache and cookies before trying to link the card to your account again. Should further issues persist, I'd recommend contacting Citibank, the issuer of your card, at 1-888-574-1301 to see if they are able to clarify why you're seeing that particular error message.
