Best Buy 5-year protection plan

I purchased a gas range and microwave in the beginning of September 2018. After delivery and installation, I purchased a 5 year protection plan for both. This was done in-store as the phone representatives were unable to add the plans.


After this I distinctly remember being able to reference both plans on my account page. However, as of tonight, only the microwave is listed as covered on my account page, with no mention of the gas range.

Welcome back to the forum.  Protecting your purchases with a Geek Squad Protection (GSP) plan is always a great idea, so I'd be a bit concerned if I was under the impression one of my products was covered, yet couldn't find the plan details in my account.  I'd be happy to look into this for you, but I'll need some additional information first.  When you can, please send me a private message that includes as much of the following as possible:

  • Order number, or:
  • Customer Service Pin from the bottom of your receipt
