Hi, Even on a different computer having trouble being able to private message you on best buy...
Should I just let you know the order number here?
I have not found a pin number with the receipt.

Have you cleared your cache and cookies on your computer(s)? The error that you are receiving should be cleared by doing this. You may also want to try a different browser.

i've been trying to email but it does not work, by the way, recent error:
"Your post has been changed because invalid HTML was found in the message body. The invalid HTML has been removed. Please review the message and send the message when you are satisfied."

If you can try to just send me a private message with just your full name, phone number, and email address, let's see if that works. From there, I can see if I can find the purchase or we can find a way that you can get the information to me. You were able to send me messages previously, so from the recent error, it sounds like there may be an issue with the information that you're trying to send to me.

i could not reply with the order number due to an error about HTML or something and then when I tried to modify to have it differently with more spacing it gave me the error of not being able to send more private messages to you then...
