Being charged twice.

So I preorder Persona 5 Strikers on the 16th of Feb 2021. I got charged 65.99 in total. Well I just check my account and I got charged for another 65.99. Why was I charged again?

When you pre-order an item your card is authorized for the amount of the item. It can also drop off depending on how your card issuer works. Every now and then your card gets authorized to make sure you have the funds for the item and that you reserve your place in line. This can make it appear you get double charged. Unfortunately Best Buy can't release these pre-authorizations, only your bank can.

 

May want to contact them to see when the first transaction drops off.
