Bayonetta 1 Preorder for in-store pickup delayed

This is the second time I pre-order something for in store pickup and I get an email the night before that it’s delayed. No indication in when to expect. Just that it’s delayed. That’s it. Will it eventually become available for me to pickup or do I have to run around town try to grab a copy now even though it should have been ready for me to pickup today? Do I contact the store? Not really sure how to proceed. If someone is here from customer support I’d appreciate some help.
