Banned from Making Online Purchases

How does this happen and why?? I am extremely annoyed right now and the idiots on the phone and chat keep telling me they reviewed my account and I am no longer allowed to make online purchases and can only make purchases in store? I have a best buy credit card that I have never had a single late payment?? I don't know what the issue is. Is there a number I can call to speak to someone who actually can help?

If you had a frequent history about complaining about orders or a high return rate they will ban you from shopping online.

Complaining about orders?? They will ban you for complaining? I shop from Best Buy maybe once a year I don’t recall complaining about any of those orders? And I’ve only had one return that I can even remember. Who do they think they are? That is the most insane thing I’ve ever heard.

Ok I worded that wrong. If you have a high history of reporting orders that did not arrive they can ban you from shopping online.
