Bait & switch pricing

Your website promotes an under counter refrigerator st a sale price. However it cannot be ordered. I was told by your customer service rep, Ra, that it's not in stock. When it's restocked, it will not be at sell price. Best Buy fraudulently markets a product that isn't available then increases price. This is illegal and I've reported to the FTC.
I have a Total tech membership. How do I get a refund on it? I don't plan to ever purchase from Best Buy again.

It now says unavailable.
It should be completely removed from website.

Like you, I've occasionally encountered availability and pricing issues with the online retailers I frequent. It can be aggravating and even disappointing when the preferred item doesn't seem to be available as expected. I regret that this has been your experience when shopping our website.

Obviously nothing to do with 'bait and switch'. Sometimes I wish the ftc had the ability to fine people for false reporting....

It has everything to do with bait and switch. They advertise products for a price and don't have any stock then try to charge more for the same item later. I owned a business for 18 years and would have honored the advertised price. I'll never buy from Best Buy again and will tell all my friends. Oh and it's still advertised on their website..... disgusting.
