Bad Customer Service

I placed an order for a printer and it came with a deficient toner. After watching several hours for a customer service representative to return my call so that I could get a refund, I pick up, and the customer service representative hangs up almost immediately (after saying his name was Alex). He doesn’t call back at all. Now I need to wait several more hours for someone to contact me. I do not plan to place another order at Best Buy if this is the experience!
