Best buy backorder I have placed my a best buy order on may 18th for a Blu-ray movie at first it said it was in stock but when I placed my order for this item it was on backorder and I should receive it by june 22nd I contacted Best buy and they assured I would get it by this date even tho I found out this item come from shout factory and they told me this item is no longer in stock now it is the 23rd of June once again I contacted Best buy and now they tell me I should receive it by the 28th of June seriously!!!...I have been a long time and loyal customer but this is unreal waiting for one movie!!..seriously not happy Best buy!

So to continue with this issue bestbuy contact me and with little results but they did credit me $10 for my order I appreciate that.B ut at this point I would prefer the actual movie now it's telling me that if I don't receive my item by July 7th they will refund my money?....Here is a little peace of advice bestbuy take down the movie do not leave up for costumers to add to cart when you know it is not going to happen and only to be waiting for long time and then disappointed they are not getting!!!
