I just had a pre order item stolen from me because the Best Buy store did not check for ID and gave it to someone else.
This is the second time my Best Buy account has been hacked. I am sick of this garbage.
I will no longer purchase anything from you guys again.
This is the ONLY company i have these issues with. I shop online all the time.

Welcome back to our Best Buy forum community! While I wish you were reaching out to us under happier circumstances, I'm glad you took the time to share with us what's going on.
I can imagine how much you were looking forward to this pre-order, so I'm saddened to hear someone else picked up your order without your consent. That is far from the pick-up experience we strive to provide our customers, but I look forward to working with you further in hopes we can find a solution.
Using the "Private Message" option in my signature below, can you please send over your full name, phone number, email and order number so I can review this further?
Also, if you haven't already, I highly recommend changing the password on your My Best Buy account if you believe that someone hacked into your account.
