I placed an order on bestbuy.com 3 days ago. A few minutes after I placed the order, I was informed by email that the BBY gift card failed authorization. But when I checked the balance of the gift card, I saw $0 balance left on the card. As of today, the balance is still zero. I need your help! Thanks!

Welcome to our Best Buy forum community and thanks for taking the time to create an account to share this with us! Having an order cancel is never fun, but I know it's even less ideal when you're not seeing the funds go back onto the payment method.
If an order cancels and a gift card was used, those funds should go back on the gift card within 24-hours. That's why it makes me sad to hear that after three days, you still weren't seeing those funds. While I wish that your order had gone as planned, I'm glad you said something so that I can look into it.
