BB canceled my order, and I haven’t been refunded my e-gift card.

I purchased something this week that was canceled for some reason and I have yet to received the refund to my e gift card.

I’ve called multiple numbers and was thrown back and forth between BB and their gift card line, I’ve sent numerous emails without any response, and not a single person can tell me what’s going or seems to know what IS going on.

Half of the funds were refunded already back to my CC, so it’s incredibly mind boggling that $300 has completely vanished for this gift card that I was told would take at least 24 hours.

Thank you for posting on our forum for support. I hate to hear you're still waiting on part of your refund to post, as $300 is a lot of money to be missing. Typically, e-gift card refunds should process within 24 hours of a cancellation or return, so I can understand your concern here.
