BB Credit Card Verification

I have yet to hear back from someone regarding verification for the card I was approved for. I was approved November 7th tried to make an online purchase and it was declined. I’ve called customer service numerous times only to be told that someone will be in contact with me in 24-48 hours but no one ever calls. I now have the physical card and still can’t use it. I’ve never had this issue with a credit card issuer.

To clarify, I have already contacted Citibank numerous times regarding this issue.
