Hi there, Austin3,
I am a big fan of getting items shipped to my home, and I can absolutely understand concerns with having items stolen.
When shipping is selected on our website, orders ship with one of many carriers, mainly UPS, USPS, FedEx, OnTrac, Deliv, and Geodis. Which carrier your item ships with depends on several factors, like what shipping method is selected and your geographical location. Whatever carrier it ends up shipping with, we'll send you over a tracking number so that you can keep an eye on the shipment.
After a tracking is active, some carriers allow you to sign up for text or email updates so that you don't have to keep checking the tracking number online. As we rely on the updates given by the carrier online for the status of the package, email updates that confirm delivery may be slightly delayed beyond when it was delivered.
All this being said, it is important for us to hear about how the shipping experiences for our customers go, and we really appreciate you taking the time to send this over to us. I also recommend giving the carrier that delivered your package a call, so they understand your desire to have them ring the doorbell when they deliver a package. This may not be a common practice in every area or for every carrier.
