Just wanted to post and complain about the awful customer service I had today. I ordered a new laptop online last week, and after I had received it I found the computer had a bad battery. I went to my local store to set up an exchange, but they didn't have it in stock but could have it delivered to me (by today). I had received no notification of it being shipped, so I decided to call customer service. After being hung up on 3 times, and having spent over 4 hours on the phone today, I found the product would not be able to be shipped to me because the woman who placed the exchange in the store didn't process my order and they could no longer guarantee me that I'd get one of the laptops, because they were on clearance and couldn't guarantee I'd get one of them. Needless to say, I am very frustrated with my experience today, and when I had complained about how much time I'd invested into this with no results, the guy on the phone did not have anything to say to me. Awful, awful customer service. I can't believe I wasted so much time dealing with this today.
