Long time Best Buy shopper here to complain about your atrocious phone customer sevice. I called to get help changing an order and spent 30 minutes speaking to 3 different customer services agents who did not understand English well enough to help me. When I asked for a supervisor they would say ok and just transfer me back to the customer service que where I would get another unhelpful agent. It is shocking how poor the customer service has become. Hopefully someone can help me with my issue. Thank you.

Most orders are unable to be modified outside of the first 30 minutes of placing them. However, depending on our order’s status and what kind of request there may be limited window of opportunity outside that 30-minute window.
