Automatically cancelling orders. Please help!

Hello I have been trying to get an order set up with a senior sales consultant for delivery and installation of a new tv and a full 7.1 surround system. My orders keep automatically getting cancelled for some reason. I can make purchases in store and order items for store pickup, however I cannot place orders involving delivery, installation, or shipping. I have spent hours with customer support on the phone but nobody can help me. I am a Best Buy Total Tech member and find it ridiculous that I can't use the benefits. I have had Geek Squad out to my house to pre wire the surround sound during our renovation and now it will not pass final inspection until everything is installed. Please help! I just want to give you money!
