When you place an online order, we authorize your credit card to make sure sufficient credit is available. A hold is placed on funds equal to your order total until the order is fulfilled. We will not officially charge you until your order has been fulfilled. This authorization hold is generally released within 3-5 business days, depending on your bank. Also, if it’s an international credit card, it can take longer. Be sure to speak with your bank institution for information on how long it takes for that to process.
