I canceled an order on 3rd September but as of today (12th September) the authorization hold is still on account, Bestbuy have confirmed that checkcard reversal was sent at time of cancelation but hasnt hit my account yet.
is it possible to resend checkcard reversal?

I can understand that waiting for a release to be completed can be difficult. If you could Private Message us your full name, email and phone number we can look into the order and see if any other options can be completed to assist with the reversal.
