I preordered the exclusive Aquaman 4k steelbook about a month ago, when it was only available for in store pickup. On the day of release I got an email saying the store didn't have it in stock, there was no stock within 250 miles, and it wasn't available for online ordering.
A few problems with this:
1) What is the use of preordering something in store if they can't tell me until the day of release that they won't have it? Did they really not put any out on the floor?
2) If this can't be fulfilled, how do I cancel this order without getting charged for the digital code? I don't want a different version of the release. I already redeemed the code when it was given to me before release and I'm not paying 20 bucks for it if the order can't be fulfilled.
