I ordered the series 4 Apple Watch in stainless steel for the mother’s day Sale, hasn’t been shipped and customer service keeps telling me they don’t know when it will be in stock. I’m angry at the lack of knowledge from multiple sources here who can’t give me an estimated delivery time considering I ordered this watch on May 11th, and it is now June. This is not a new product. Best Buy has dropped the ball here considering they also placed the exact same watch on sale again for Memorial Day, knowing they don’t have any.

Being an Apple Watch owner myself, I'm sure you are anxious to get this in soon. The Stainless Steel model is great and whether it's a gift or for yourself it is a fun device to have. Additionally, the hold Best Buy places on your card falls off every 6 days so I have had to login and update my payment information three times but I still have no watch. Which is an excellent use of my time for a watch I ordered 3 weeks ago.
