I bought it on Oct, 6 and it told me that it will be available to pick up on Oct, 20.
So, when the day was coming, it showed me that This item has been delayed. So, I called the Best Buy number and the employ promised me that it would be available to pick up on Oct, 27. But now! It showed me again that the Pickup Delay..... Are you kidding me....
And it only shows me that " This item has been delayed, but we’re continuing to work on it. If we can’t complete your order by Sun, Nov 26, we’ll let you know and cancel the item."
And I have called the number and wait for one hour more. No one can answer me how to figure out it!!!
How bad service do you have??????
