I had preordered a game that was supposed to be delivered on the 19th, i forgot best buy uses ontrac, order still hasnt shown, and now their saying it should be delivered by 8pm  tonight, is there a way to cancel early next time, cause ive allready have the game since it was taking so long.

I can certainly understand you purchasing the game elsewhere after waiting on this one to be delivered, and it is correct that we do  you Ontrac for some deliveries. There is a small window when an order is first placed where a customer can then cancel their order, but one an item has begun processing there is no way to do this. If you already have the game, you should be able to return this game unopened to your local store once you receive it. Let me know if you have any specific requests of me.
